I made a purchase today and paid using Walmart gift cards at the SCO. I scanned the receipt TC # and received an error message "We're having trouble connection", then I entered the receipt into my Walmart Purchase history.
Usually after entering Walmart receipts into my Walmart purchase history the information is transferred to my Ibotta account then all is well. Today it has been over an hour since I entered the last purchase made into my Walmart shopping history and Ibotta has not received any information from my linked Walmart Account.
@LaraL are you aware of any issues going on with Walmart today? or Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?
I have not heard of any issues with Walmart today. I would definitely be interested in this happening to others as well.
Have you tried connecting via WiFi just to make sure it's nothing related to your device?
Wi-fi connection is good, Order is showing in My Walmart purchase history. I just placed a small Walmart pickup order using the browser extension. Nor sure why this one is not being accepted.
Are you account linked with Walmart?
There is a problem. I just submitted a request earlier today. A walmart grocery pickup order I made yesterday I picked up today but it's not showing up on Ibotta.

Before wasting both of our times asking, I did check all of the usual suspects. The entire order and linking was on the up-and-up.

Walmart is glitchy right now. Hard to connect to the site and when you do, only half the page of the Walmart site using the app to order for pickup is displayed. It isn't easy to order your pickup anymore. I did manage to fill a pickup order using my linked account and I picked it up the same day. However, I didn't get credit for any of the offers I purchased. I did submit a help ticket and am waiting for a response. There are several of us that picked up their orders yesterday that didn't get credit so I know something is going on with Walmart. I did try to log on using the app earlier today to see what new offers were available and I couldn't. Said they were not able to connect. I had that issue earlier this week but the next day I was able to connect with the site. I hope whatever is going on with Walmart is fixed soon.
