Withdrawal disabled

I contacted support as instructed now 4 days ago.  I am unable to withdraw my funds or get a gift card until my withdrawals are enabled again.  I understand customer service is busy I am just eager to receive my funds I earned and would love to know how many more days I gotta wait

Buenas noches tengo mi cuenta que no puedo transferir mis fondos he enviado varios mensajes aun sin respuesta, soy nueva pero la primera vez me puede transferir 58$ siendo nueva , nose qué pasó no puedo ni transferir q PayPal a mi cuenta o tdd , ni comprar tarjetas de regalo alguien que me diga si no s normal y cuánto tiempo pasa para que dejen mover los fondos gracias

As a precaution to prevent theft, Ibotta will lock your account if you try to withdraw your earnings too quickly. They recommend that you wait at least 48 hours after reaching the $20 minimum.

To unlock your account, you will need to submit a request. The easiest way is to send an email from the same email account listed in Ibotta. Send the email to accountsupport@ibotta.com

Please note that it can take 3-5 days for Ibotta to verify who you are and to unlock your account. They may also suggest waiting a couple of days before trying to withdraw.

FYI, you can BUY (not withdraw) a gift card using your earnings from Ibotta and earn a percentage back. It also counts towards bonuses. See Gift Cards on the Home page in the Ibotta app.
