Withdrawing money

I'm new to ibotta somewhat...but I have not been able to withdraw my money even though account is linked, the emails are correct...etc ....I've tried many things. But nothing. I still get an error message saying something went wrong...

Please if you  have any ideas. I'd appreciate it.

I have two tickets in with ibotta but have not heard from them except the auto message that they received my message.

Hi @Cathy1960! Sending in a Help Desk ticket is the best thing to do for this issue. Our Care Team strives to respond to tickets within 48 hours, but wait time can fluctuate with ticket volume. Thank you for your patience!
