Withdrawing money

I have been trying for 3 days now to withdraw my money I have tried thru PayPal and bank account and I keep getting oops something went wrong.. I have written Ibotta customer care like 5x and no one has gotten back to me.

Tried to add my bank info to withdraw earnings. Wouldn’t let me; didn’t see an option to fill in amount of withdrawal.
