Sounds like either you are new to Ibotta, which means you have to wait 48-72 hrs to withdraw or your account is flagged for review, if that is the case you need to put in a ticket to find out why.
I have been a member for a week now and i have sent multiple tickets in.I have been told for customer support that full access was enabled on my account but every time i try to withdraw it says something has gone wrong but ibotta is looking into it.
