Kroger Fresh Mode Rewards Program

Today I got an invitation in the snail mail to join Kroger Fresh Mode. It’s an app based program that connects to your Kroger Plus account and you can earn points and rewards by shopping at Kroger. It is by invitation only, and as I said, I got an invitation. I downloaded the app and tried to create an account but it said I wasn’t eligible because it’s by invitation only. There was no code or anything on the invitation. Has anybody else gotten this invitation?

@Missybota I received an email invite today and was able to setup an account. I received 300 points ($3.00) for signing up and the points expire on 3/31/23. The rewards give you more bang for your buck when you redeem them for Kroger brands (300 points = $4.50).

I'm curious why your registration didn't work. Does your profile information match? You can do a Live Chat and see if they can help you (assuming they know what the program is) or email them about your disinvite.

I see it nowhere in the TOU or any place.

I saw that one place, but as I said, I received no invitation, and I went to the page I posted, and was able to sign up.  Perhaps I was 'approved' but I have not received an invitation.

We need to find someone else who has not been invited, but I am thinking it is open.  

Was I special?

I also received the notification that I'm not eligible since membership is by invite only. It mentions something about Kroger Plus (boost?). For those of you who successfully signed up, are you subscribed to Kroger Plus?

@Ibotta-Addict I am not subscribed to the Kroger Plus Boost program.

Wait a minute.....Kroger Plus is the FREE rewards program..  You have to have that because the Kroger 'rewards' number is how they link between stpore purchases and FRESH MODE.

But Kroger boost is the paid service.  I do not have that.  You do not need Boost to join FRESH MODE.

My card says Kroger Plus on it.   I imagine we all have that.

I have edited my earlier post with the sign-up link to soften the language about not requiring an invitation.  I provided the link elsewhere and someone also said they were able to join, so I guess I don't know who is "selected' yet not invited"  There is a 0% chance I missed an invite or that is spammed out.  So I am not sure.

Am curious to see if others also have issues joining.
